Veolia Environnement (Paris Euronext: VIE) achieved consolidated revenue of 28,508 billion euros in 2021. ****Job Description Developing and/or gathering, compiling, or ordering components needed to complete RFP/RFQ submissions, coordinating Sales and Marketing activities, supporting the analysis of data from Salesforce and Market Research efforts.
Support the RFP/RFQ development process as detailed in key tasks and responsibilities, work with Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure coordination and communication of deliverables and roles and responsibilities in support of our Sales and Business Development activities.
Assist the RFP/RFQ Manager with Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ), which include:
o Attending all strategy calls related to ongoing RFPs/RFQs
o Managing the preliminary tasks associated with each RFP/RFQ such as:
§ Ordering the Certificate of Insurance
§ Creating proposal covers/compiling client content (such as client logos)
§ Preparing any required forms included in a proposal
§ Collecting, formatting, updating, and compiling project team resumes
§ Managing appendix content for RFPs/RFQs, ensuring that licenses, certificates/certifications, and other appendix documents included are up to date
o Provide backup on complete start-to-finish support with writing proposals
• Assist the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager with the following marketing activities:
o Manage regional trade shows (handle logistics, update Salesforce, track budget)
o Renew Association Memberships (update list of memberships, track budget)
Create artwork for Print & digital ads, send materials to Publishers, update annual production calendar
Assist with the organization of large-scale company events such as the Annual Meeting
• Assist the Sales/Marketing Analyst with:
Process and dispatch website contact forms, keep track of AS leads
Source and qualify/clean purchased mailing lists for marketing campaigns
• Assist Director of Sales Performance in support of our sales team with:
Creation of strategic account profiles for targeted markets with a focus on holistic selling approach
Enter leads (non-Citilitics), into SF with note regarding nature of lead
Maintain master list of all leads
Assist Director of Sales Performance with Salesforce training
Utilize Salesforce Geopointe to update and maintain regional sales map of Water System Consultants (WSCs) and Directors of Sales (DOSs) territories
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field
• 1-3 years’ experience working in Marketing, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or similar position.
We could consider a Co-op marketing student or a VIE trainee
• Solid interpersonal skill set and ability to work across different functional areas within Veolia and with external customers.
• Adaptability to changing needs of corporate and customers (internal and external).
• An ability to effectively communicate, listen, and empathize with the internal and external clients.
Ability to work and succeed in a non-structured work environment.
