We're looking to grow our sales team by finding bright, hardworking Sales Development Reps who can help develop our outbound strategy. We’re still a young team so each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. What you’ll do
Spearhead the growth & adoption of Segment w
ith
Commercial and/or Enterprise customers
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through
various outbound channels
to increase customer interest, and excitement in Segment products.
Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Segment products
Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint
Partner with our experienced AEs to help fill pipeline and grow your skills
Engage in team development and mentoring
Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

You’re a great fit if you…
You have 1–2 years of work experience, SDR/BDR experience is a plus
Fluent French and English are required
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
You have knowledge of the marketing technology industry
You are hungry to be great
You have high energy and a positive attitude
You are enthusiastic about learning the software sales space
You have intellectual curiosity and high ambition
This role requires being full-time in
Dublin or London.
