Aon is looking for a Sales Recruiter Through a consultative approach, the Sales Recruiter will partner with assigned hiring managers and stake holders to proactively develop sourcing and hiring strategies related to Aon’s key Producer, Account Executive and Growth Leadership roles. Job Responsibilities:Partner with managers on recruitment needs relative to US Growth positions covering Producers, Account Executives, Brokers and Growth Leadership rolesCreate and execute effective sourcing strategiesProactively research and engage active and passive candidates and prospects via cold calling and cold emailing, competitor research, referral pipelines, job boards and Linked In, among other toolsBuild and maintain a pipeline of candidates and prospects and manage all contact history effectivelyManage candidate flow and full lifecycle recruiting processLeverage technology and internal sourcing solutions, as neededUtilize internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clientsIncrease awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slate of candidatesDevelop internal and external company and industry expertise and become a Subject Matter ExpertNetwork externally with diversity organizations and other relevant sources of prospective talent Preferred Experience:Minimum of 7 years’ full life cycle recruiting experienceStrong consultation and selling skills, preferably in a direct-sourcing sales-recruiting environmentCompetency with MS office, experience with various ATS and CRM systemsAbility to collaborate with multiple stake holders and successfully navigate a matrixed organization Strong listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact with all levels within the organizationKnowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniquesMaintain attention to detailDesire to learn and display Aon’s values, including operating with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and community Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
