Senior Sales Account Manager, Human Capital Solutions   Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Sales Account Manager, Human Capital Solutions to join our regional sales team and to be based in Hong Kong.  The Business The Rewards Solutions practice is a leading team of dedicated and passionate analysts and consultants who collaborate with clients to design, enhance and maintain reward strategy and programs. As an integrated data solutions and reward advisory business, we are uniquely positioned to provide trusted, fact-based advice to clients across the Pacific. The Opportunity  Due to growth and expansion across the region we have another exciting role where you will partner with clients and prospects to demonstrate our cutting-edge software and technology platform relating to HR data and analytical products.  Your focus will be to develop new client relationships as well as maintain existing corporate client relationships across APAC (mostly Hong Kong & East Asia) headquartered companies across a variety of industry sectors and sub-sectors (i.e. Technology, E-Commerce, Life Sciences, Media Entertainment and Gaming, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services…)Your role will allow you to work in partnership with our Human Capital Consulting team to ensure we are providing the insights and added value that help our clients achieve their stakeholder goals. Our focus is to identify and understand clients’ needs and match products that can enhance client value. Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to negotiating terms of sales and closing business.Communicate efficiently with internal teams – sales colleagues, subject matter experts, marketing, accounting…etcUnderstand various broader Aon offerings to listen out for expanded opportunities and coordinate accordingly internally with the relevant subject matter experts.
