Job Summary

Responsible for coordination and support of all field sales huddles and trainings, roll out of new product initiatives and month/quarterly all sales team meetings. Prepares/produces all materials and presentations to help train and prepare leaders for execution and support in the field. Maintains escalation of systems and activation issues, as well as sales support. Point of contact for sales entry and sales support tools.

Core Responsibilities


Provides customer service leadership with regard to all facets of operations analysis, performance management and time entry.

Prepares, analyzes and leads operations through statistical analysis of activity.

Contributes to elevating the team's sales skills with emphasis on establishing rapport, pitch delivery, top/down selling, listening skills & overcoming objections as well as closing techniques, working with direct sales and CAR supervisors.

Systems and tools point of contact. Ensure all reps are trained in order entry flow process, activation process, use of tools and working with Global. Escalate systems and activation issues. POC and liaison to NED/HQ to help roll out improvements and training for tools. Provide feedback on how to improve tools based on feedback from the field.

Accelerate adoption of new offers and product initiatives - prepare training materials, train leaders to help accelerate deployment and support in the field.

Maximize product fluency & competitive knowledge by positioning our products, pricing and offers vs. competitors, to help overcome objections. Weekly huddle decks, topics, product labs and role play, top-down selling.

Contribute to driving coaching culture by coordinating leader trainings, coaching/skill development and Sales Pro Huddles, in conjunction with measurable results grounded in performance data.

Coordinate onboarding training schedule and tools for new hires and supervisors to ensure success. Collaborate with sales managers and supervisors for effective onboarding of new team members. Ensure product/offer/systems onboarding of all new reps and supervisors.

Plans, develops and administers customer service programs in adherence with national and system customer service objectives.

Implements company policy, procedures, standards and goals.

Conducts regular meetings with Customer Care Supervisors to maintain two-way communication and achievement of departmental objectives.

Monitors customer service productivity in accordance with established policy to assure adherence as well as completeness in all customer transactions.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
