The right candidate willHost model homes or sales office. nEssential Duties and Responsibilitiesn * Staff model or sales office when neededn * Maintain pleasant and accommodating attitude with customers at all timesn * Keep models and office in orderly conditionn * Complete any administrative task given you by salesperson or sales managern * Walk customers through models and provide maps of community/brochures of projectn * Answer phones and take messages for salespersonn * Complete registration forms for each customern * Assist with sales overflown * Cover for Sales Representatives on his/her days offn * Assist with buyer questions and paperwork as necessaryn * Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license and be willing to travelnEducation and/or Experience nOne year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.n Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
