Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for uncovering, sourcing, educating, nurturing, and developing sales leads into qualified opportunities that will close and add to Beeswax's growing customer base. You are a team player who is focused on identifying opportunities and building relationships, both externally with qualified prospects, and internally with the sales team. The ideal candidate loves the thrill of the hunt, is motivated by a career in tech/media sales, and is a self-starter who is driven, curious, and eager to learn. This position will ideally be based in our New York City office but we are flexible on location, within the United States, for the right candidate.
Job Description
Some of the things you'll be doing include...
Develop new business leads from qualified inbound and outbound prospects
Complete detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
Identify and target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth
Select and engage with prospects that are identified through marketing efforts
Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms and tools
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to improve internal processes around outbounding, qualification, messaging, and lead tracking
Required Experience/Skills:
BS/BA required
1‐3 years' experience in business development, sales or related field
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a successful team in a high-growth part of Freewheel and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Advertising
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, MediaRadar)
Prior Adtech and/or SDR experience a huge plus

Bachelor's Degree
