About the Job
Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Sr Deal Specialist for the Deal Strategy and Operations Team who lives the
Twilio Magic
to support our sales org. This is an exciting role for the individual to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and leading non-standard end-to-end commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both the customers and Twilio! You will be passionate, dedicated and have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.
Responsibilities:
You will also have:
Four plus years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations
Outstanding German and Englisch communication skills
Collaborate with and establish solid trusted working relationships with team members, Product Management, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales.
Serve as advisor to Deal Specialist as designated by manager on custom order form creation for both Twilio and SendGrid.
Collaborate with sales to create custom language requests in compliance with corporate policies without direct supervision.
Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of inbound custom contract requests including utilizing nonstandard clause library, recommending custom language to support sales during the negotiation phase in compliance with corporate policies.
Deep understanding of pricing and commercial terms to enforce the corporate approval framework and associated policies.
Ensure forward deal momentum as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end
Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to comprehend complex written concepts
A digilent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized
Provide dedicated and excellent customer service
Comprehensive experience in Salesforce and Apttus CLM, MS-Office and / or G-Suite experience

Desired:
Twilio is looking for an experienced professional who lives the

and has a strong background in sales, sales operations, support and / or deal desk.
Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, CLM, and JIRA.
Required:
To establish trusted working relationships with team members, Product Management, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales.

Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree plus 4 years of experience or 6 years of experience
