Job Descriptions: Manage on-boarding information flow through CRM tool. Manage on-boarding contact plan and coordinate with Customer Service on new accounts list. Process and follow up the new account opening to encourage FTB and measurements on FTB targets count and revenue Manage first step of customer life cycle through welcome activities such as on-boarding calls, proactive track & trace for the first month of shipping, conduct customer survey after first month, explain first invoice to customer as well as follow-up with new customer without shipments and ensuring high FTB retention rate Provide on-boarding and email contact strategy reports to Sales Management. Introduce DHL shipment process and shipping tools to new customer as well as increase and promote usage of billing tools by orientate and walk through the tools with customers while ensuring a smooth customer registration. Contact inactive accounts which have lapsed for more than 6 months for reactivation. Supports frontline Sales with customer calling during campaigns. Increase revenue through improving customer activation & retention ratio. Enhance new customers experience by taking customer through the welcome and on-boarding program. Explain to the customer the mode of payment, credit terms. Teach customer how to extract invoice and how to read invoice. Liaise with Marketing and vendor to ensure welcome materials are sent to new customers in time. Assist in data quality management as well as data encoding and searching of telephone numbers from directories and other sources Sales support and other ad-hoc projects. Requirements/Skills: Preferably Diploma or equivalent Preferably 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service Customer-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines Demonstrate good spoken and written communication skills Team player with good interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and IT savvy Knowledge of DHL Sales tool (e.g. COMET, OMS, etc.) is a plus ,employmentType:Standard
