TSM will be responsible for growing our business in this region. This is a remote position with someone living in one of the territories. Provide leadership and strategic direction for driving sales revenue for assigned region. Define appropriate markets and corresponding business development plans to drive increased market share, revenue and total earnings for region and own territory. Define and implement key sales account processes to ensure accurate forecasting, appropriate territory management, enhanced sales techniques and employee development. Work collaboratively with others to ensure alignment of skills and resources to ensure effective organizational structure, value propositions, marketing collateral, product development and customer alignment. nResponsibilitiesnAbout the Role: nn Engage with regional and national account customers for cost savings filtration solutionsn Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievementn Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companyu2019s sales goalsn Drive funnel and forecast accuracyn Maintain and communicate regular measurements to ensure progress to revenue targetsn Understand customer drivers, markets and align strategies and action plans accordinglyn Prospect process industry accounts to expand arean Develop and mentor sales talent and achieve improved resultsn Work closely with customer care, national accounts and purchasing to ensure providing best solution to customers.n Build effective relations with customersn Commit to goals outlined by weekly bowler reportsn Consistent communication cadence among the teamn Prioritizing customers and sales as outlined by bowlersn Maintain customer records within SFDC to include all necessary customer interaction, customer data and targeted actions.n Maintain SFDC Funnel size to assure territory sales targets are metn Weekly funnel review to update management on opportunity progressionnn nQualificationsnSkills and Experience:nn Bachelors degree, Engineering degree preferredn 3-5 years sales experience,n 3 years in a building materials or filtration experience preferredn Excellent communication and analytical skills requiredn Strong leadership and organizational skillsn Ability to travel 50 %n SFDC CRMnn nClear Edge is part of Filtration Group.
