Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the development of the short and long-term Inside Call Center sales strategy for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Central Division. Implements the annual strategic plan to ensure the success of the Division's sales efforts and customer experience expectations. Monitors the progress of sales and analyzes sales/operational reports to adjust strategy, as necessary. Oversees the talent selection and sales/product training of the Inbound and Outbound Sales organizations to drive maximum efficiencies and a cohesive sales culture.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy lead for Inside Sales teams inclusive of Inbound, Outbound Telemarketing, Bilingual, and Chat Queues
Creates innovative sales strategies to drive growth with new acquisition and retention efforts in a highly competitive geography.
Develops cross channel strategies to deliver budgeted revenue and Unit targets.
Strong communications skills across all levels of employees to drive engagement, share business results and ensure a culture of respect, diversity, and performance.
Analyzes data sets to drive maximum performance inclusive of tailored scorecards, commission plans, stack rankings, and targeted behaviors.
Develops sales incentives to align with strategies and channel deployment.
Drives a coaching culture across the organization to consistently impact sales performance and customer experience.
Oversees the selection and sales/product training of the Inside Sales organizations to drive maximum efficiencies and a cohesive culture.
Manages new hire experience to drive efficiencies and effective ramp to production targets.
Interfaces with functional peers across the country and at headquarters to identify best practices in sales and operations.
Manages an annual operating budget for Inside Sales Organizations to ensure strategies align with division financial targets.
Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:
10 years related experience and responsibility.
Track record of success navigating and operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Strong analytical capacity and business acumen required; Business case experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
Track record of leadership and developing high performance teams
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and consultatively with Senior Leadership
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, MBA or master's in business preferred.
