Aon is looking for a Middle Market Account Executive!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions from our Atlanta, GA office.Your Impact as a Health Solutions Consulting Account ExecutiveThe Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive will be a key contributor and leader for middle market clients. The role involves the management and growth of ongoing U.S. health and benefits client work. This position will have frequent interactions with the client Human Resource/Benefit Director for the delivery of benefits consulting services and executive level contacts within HR and Finance for broader strategic discussions. Responsibilities include developing and proactively positioning opportunities for Aon’s consulting expertise in Health Solutions to be brought forward, leading and owning complex consulting projects, proactive leadership engagement, frequent vendor interface, creating and delivering client strategies, leading external client/prospect meetings and internal resource coordination. All told, the Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive has responsibilities for revenue growth, both with prospects and with existing clients through identification of client needs for additional consulting services.This role will be based out of Aon’s Atlanta, GA office.Job Responsibilities:Client relationship management to include health and benefits consulting, project management, financial projections, delivery of stewardship reports and other key deliverables. Provides technical expertise within the practice, has revenue responsibility, develops cross selling opportunities with other Aon practices and accountability for meeting all billable recovery goals and internal audit compliance requirements.Grow client and prospect relationships through excellent service and by growing the types of services delivered. Focus primarily on the middle market employeesKeep an “Aon United” mindset by working collaboratively across all Aon practices to bring the best of the firm forward for clients, regardless of specialty areaPerform sophisticated strategy and design consulting, to include the following:Benefits/Rewards strategyGoal setting and BenchmarkingPlan design and Pricing strategyBid/selection projects and Groundbreaking program approachesResults/Outcomes Measurement; Health plan management and WellbeingProvide client leadership focused on broader business objectivesTake ownership of outcomesDelegate responsibilities optimally; coach and mentor team membersBuild relationships with client across multiple levels of their organizationUnderstand clients' businessAnalyze scoping needsExhibit leadership in business judgment by anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutionsLead/facilitate sophisticated client meetings towards measurable resultsForm effective teams, share client background and goals, measure results, share ideas, identify process improvementsAct as strategic resource for consultants and provide technical mentorship to other team membersRepresent Aon United within the local market and nationally, as neededYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in the group health & benefits industry. Consulting or U.S. benefit consulting experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to give non-technical explanations of technical matters.Strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.Project management and strong analytical ability. Project management certification is a plus.Demonstrates advanced health and benefits technical and consultative skills/expertise.Track record of building strong internal teams, mentoring/coaching colleagues and has the ability to partner with consultants and subject matter experts from other lines of business.Values the roles and functions of teamwork in order to complete client projects.
