You will work with all members of the Retail Store team to maintain customer service standards You will help with all aspects of order management, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising needs, all while ensuring the store hits metrics for sales and profitability.u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: u00A0 Place sales orders, process returns, and set up exchanges u00A0 Support customers by helping them select relevant products or answer gear questions u00A0 Close the retail store at designated time and complete associated closing responsibilities u00A0 Help uphold coaching and feedback provided to the team by management u00A0 Set example to retail store gearheads by providing exemplary customer service u00A0 Ensures the retail store is open and ready to receive customers at designated operational hour u00A0 Ability to identify order and inventory issues, and seek the right solution u00A0 Cycle count to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy u00A0 Maintain cash drawer, spreadsheet and bank deposits u00A0 Assist management with onboarding new staff u00A0 Maintain, organize, and identify inventory needs for floor and window displays u00A0 Assist in store inventory change over process and help the visual merchandiser maintain floor set.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES: u00A0 Knowledge of the gear we sell u00A0 Proficient with Computers and Software products u00A0 Strong ability to multitask u00A0 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences including employees and customers u00A0 Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands u00A0 Working knowledge of MS Office productsPHYSICAL DEMANDS, VISUAL ACUITY & WORKING ENVIRONMENT: u00A0 Regularly use hearing/speech abilities to communicate with coworkers, give/receive instruction, listen for equipment malfunctions, etc. u00A0 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus u00A0 Regularly stand/walk on concrete floor u00A0 The employee must occasionally kneel, stoop crouch, twist and lift up to 10 pounds, with or without accommodations u00A0 Employee may be required to infrequently lift/carry items that weight up to 60 poundsu00A0ABOUT **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.Seek it.
