Summary of Role
Come Explore With Us - As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be focused on growing new client relationships for our Compensation Software suite. Willis Towers Watson's Compensation Software includes job leveling, market analysis and design, and our annual compensation survey results published through data interactive. This role will report through the North America Product Sales Leader for Data and Software. You will interact regularly with a variety of key colleagues including Division Leaders, Managing Consultants (that lead our offices), Client Relationship Directors and the Global Data Services sales team.
This role can be located in a Willis Towers Watson West Region office including Dallas and Los Angeles.
Role Priorities
Deliver sales results through appropriate sales processes and activities in your market
Maintain timely lead tracking, reporting and knowledge sharing of wins and losses
Manage lead generation activities through multiple channels
Participate in internal and external speaking and vendor demonstration events to generate leads
Assist in developing intellectual capital for standardized sales and marketing collateral
Ensure appropriate hand-off to client delivery team through effective communication of sales process, scope and deliverables, as well as client relationships
Build effective relationship with Rewards practice and Global Data Services to ensure a successful integration for data and software solutions
Qualifications
5 years of compensation software sales experience
Additional compensation consulting experience preferred
Track record of success with achievement of individual sales goals
Proven ability to recognize opportunities and diagnose challenges, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices
Polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
An undergraduate degree is required; Advanced degree preferred
