POSITION SUMMARY:
The Junior Account Executive is responsible for managing various accounts within The Underwear Group. He or she will play an active role and partner with Account Executives in order to manage the overall Off Price business to grow market share, achieve sales plans and increase profitability for the division.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Sales
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Internal: Sales, Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
External: Buyers, Planners, Assistant Buyers, Assistant Planners

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Junior AE is responsible for shipping, and dilution budgets for assigned accounts.
DECISION MAKING: Responsible for selling in recommended product mix to maximize sales potential and minimize markdowns. Questions are referred to manager.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with internal/external partners, and adapt to changing priorities.
