Job Description:
What is the role?
The role will develop and deliver Shell CVP (Customer Value Proposition) to key customers to drive top-line growth. Coordinate and lead Shell's execution with internal and key external stakeholders to form strategic partnerships and build strong customer relationships.
Accountabilities:
Deliver sales growth by applying Shell’s CVP ( Customer Value Proposal) in key segments ( IWS, B2B, Retail and FWS) through distributors to the states of CE/PI/MA/PA/AP/AM/RR following Shell policies of security and business principles.
Manage and develop distributor’s business in the different sales channels, aligned to Shell’s strategy.
Develop new businesses and grow existing businesses, ensure delivery of volume and profitability targets, focusing on delivering premium product growth in line with T&R.
Ensure the coaching and professionalization of the distributor, ensuring the availability of adequate resources (people and financial) for the execution of the processes and routines necessary for the implementation of Shell’s CVP and growth in premium product sales.
Together with support areas ( Marketing, Operational excellence, pricing, etc.) Implement RtM and indirect channel strategies in addition to marketing and T&R plans.
Act as a business consultant, managing the relationship with the distributor efficiently and delivering growth in sales and profitability through our network ( Delivery Through Others).
Proactively manage HSSE at the distributor, ensuring leadership alignment and the implementation of our culture.
Ensure that the distributor is aligned with its goals applying financial resources to maximize opportunities to Shell and to the distributor.
Ensure adherence to Shell’s contract management and ensure that franchise contracts are implemented.
Monitor the distributor performance, follow agreeded KPI, and the business plan implementation through call plans regular business review.
Implement Shell DVP ( Distributor Value Proposal) aiming improve the distributor mind share.
Ensure alignment with Marketing team, implementing sectors plans ( CVP, marketing Calendar, Pricing tactical actions) and monitor/report market trends, competitors initiatives, strengths and weaknesses.
Work to improve premium mix, aligning the resources and focus required. 14. Ensure alignment with our execution standards through the constant review of the action plans of the PEX (Operational Excellence program).
Develop a good relationship with internal stakeholders, ensuring the necessary support in solving complex problems and executing the growth plan, increasing the level of satisfaction of the distributor.
Be present in the field to support the distributor team to achieve their targets and to monitor the competitors and market Dynamics
Operate within Shell business principle, Shell Code of Conduct, HSSE and Competition law standards.
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
The successful candidate must live in Manaus /AM.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in sales channel management is a must.
Customer focused behavior with Key Account Manager and/or distribution channel management.
Marketing/pricing experience, finance and/or franchise management are required.
Advanced English.
