Job Overview:
FastPay is expanding its development team. We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic candidates looking for the challenges and rewards of working in a small startup environment. You will be part of a collaborative development team that develops, tests, deploys and supports FastPay's suite of media finance products.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement and improve QA standards, test strategy, and processes
Create and update test documentation based on product requirements and functional specifications
Execute test cases and test scripts, and report test statuses
Support the testing, release, and maintenance of production systems and cloud infrastructure
Develop test automation leveraging testing tools such as Selenium, Python, PyUnit
Report bugs and issues in a detailed manner and work closely with the development and product team to resolve them
Provide technical support by troubleshooting production issues and identifying solutions or escalating to engineering support
Training, motivating, coaching engineers to ensure that QA standards are met
