What the day will look like Motivate and coach team members to meet established team and individual targets in sales, service standards, productivity and qualityLead the recruitment and development of the Prairies-based Sales team including training, performance management, coaching and administration of human resource policiesProvide guidance and feedback to team to enhance product/service skills and knowledge.Help drive sales results by supporting and executing initiatives that will increase sales opportunities within the Personal Lines team.Help promote and grow our Personal Lines Group programs.Obtaining new business through existing clients, client referrals, targeted campaigns and Aon client network and placement with appropriate insurance marketMaintain- knowledge of industry and company’s products and services and work with the markets to have solutions for the teamsRespond both strategically and tactically to changes in the market, competition, business goals and strategies as requiredHandle customer inquiries, responding verbally or in writing to escalated calls, thereby ensuring mutually agreeable outcomeMonitor team members’ calls and provide feedback to management regarding quality, ratings and comments receivedDetermine short- and long-term staffing schedules with the teamManage phone queues to ensure established service levels are met or exceeded How this opportunity is different As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.
