*Incentivized by a commission remuneration ($1200.00 expected)
• Permanent job position, twice a month payment, long term.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (east coast time zone)

Job Description
We are a Property Damage Estimate Company helping Homeowners, Property Managers, and Contractors to deal with the Insurance Adjusters increasing the amount paid and/or make them able to approve the claim faster when they have or need a Property Damage restoration paid by the Insurance.
We are currently looking for a sales representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. Excellent communication skills are required, should be able to reason with the clients keeping a conversational manner and showing enthusiasm at the same time. Reflecting conviction is mandatory.
Sales rep should also have the ability to manage the time efficiently, strong people skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, computer skills and a strong work ethic.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for:
• Reaching Homeowners /Property Managers / Contractors
• Make follow up calls
• Send emails and follow up emails to tentative customers
• Create sales speech, overcome sales objections, close sales.
Job requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Neutral accented speakers from Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Colombia and Philippines preferred (not exclusive)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales
• Ability to work remotely
• Stable internet connection (Internet Speed(Mbps): Min Uploading: 20 MB/s - Min Downloading: 20 MB/s)
• Quiet work environment
• Desire to meet goals
