SENIOR FINE ART INSURANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Aon Huntington Block Is Looking for a Senior Fine Art Insurance Account Executive (II) As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Huntington T. Block (HTB) Insurance Agency, Inc., business group within Aon Affinity. Impact as an Account Executive III  Job Responsibilities: This Senior Fine Art Insurance Account Executive (II) will be responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Huntington T. Block’s (HTB) relationships with assigned clients, and is required to be proficient, from both a coverage and process standpoint.  Retaining and growing the assigned book of business will be essential elements for this position.  This position includes risk review and analysis of both renewal and new business submissions gathering data in accordance with established HTB underwriting guidelines as well as the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients, prospects and both internal and external underwriters, etc.  This Senior Fine Art Insurance Account Executive (II)  is accountable for accurate risk assessment and documentation and executing sound decisions/recommendations while deploying clear communication both internally and externally. Complexity of clients: High.Attains planned for Renewal Account Policy Retention Goal by understanding the coverage provided, the client’s needs and complying with established service delivery standards. Remarkets and brokes existing policies per client requests or as warranted by market conditions.Actively supports and monitors the renewal process drafting quote comparisons, coverage inquiry and analysis responses.Carefully produces and delivers the following to the client in a timely fashion: renewal solicitations, quotes, certificates of insurance, binders, policies, schedules, invoices, and endorsements. Addresses and resolves client service problems.Manages accounts receivables and responds to client payment-related requests.Supports the team’s annual New Business Sales Goal by actively participating in new business and account rounding efforts as required.  The individual annual sales and account rounding goal, if any, for this position is $100,000 or less.May be asked to attend and network at association conventions, conferences, trade shows, museum/gallery openings, business luncheons and similar events if and as assigned.  Some travel may be required.Use sound judgment and independent thinking to achieve the maximum result within accepted authorityIdentify premium growth opportunities with current book by cross-sell offering other coverageCollect/monitor competitive intelligence on all key competitors within assigned areas; anticipate client’s needs by contributing to research and development of products /endorsementsWork with clients or brokers to provide coverage overviews and clarificationsWorks independently with moderate guidance and supervisionActively seeks out new and challenging projectsPerforms other duties as required You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience10-15 years’ work experience in the Fine Art & Specie or related Inland Marine line required along with a proven knowledge of the general Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is required.Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task.Strong analytical skills and familiarity in working with carrier underwriting systems.  Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work in a team environmentExperience with MS Office suite products, proficiency with Excel required.Property & Casualty license preferred – must be obtained within six months of hire date.   EducationFour-year college degree in Business, Risk Management or Finance major preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.Relevant advanced degree or P&C insurance industry such as a ARM, CPCU or CIC is a plus    How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
