A Commercial Specialist exceeds customer’s expectation by delivering WOW! Customer Service to all AZ Commercial accounts by Living the Pledge every day.  n nPosition Responsibilities nnAssists commercial accounts with selecting merchandisenAssumes responsibility for the commercial department in the Commercial Sales Manager’s absencenMaintains a safe working environment and ensures AutoZoners are implementing those practicesnMaintains billing records for commercial accountsnVisits commercial accounts and ensures accounts are serviced and deliveries are made as promisednFollows established cash handling duties, including but not limited to deposits, collecting on accounts, and lane accountabilitynDevelop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customersnComplies with safe driving rules and procedures and ensures commercial products are delivered on time and in excellent conditionnEnsure appropriate delivery documentation is generated for each deliverynProperly maintains vehicle(s) and takes the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issuesnEnsures all battery consignment programs are stocked and inventoried each week per policynFollows proper accident proceduresnProcesses returns and reconciles accountsnPosition RequirementsnnHigh School Diploma or equivalentnBasic knowledge of automotive parts is requirednExcellent communication and decision making skillsnAbility to lift, load, and deliver merchandisenAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekend shiftsnn,qualifications:UNAVAILABLE,responsibilities:UNAVAILABLE
