As an integrated data solutions and reward advisory business, we are uniquely positioned to provide trusted, fact-based advice to clients across the Pacific.  The Opportunity Due to growth and expansion across the region we have another exciting role to join the Regional Product Sales Team where you will partner with clients and prospects to demonstrate our cutting-edge software and technology platform relating to HR data and analytical products. Your focus will be to develop new client relationships as well as maintain existing corporate client relationships across APAC (mostly Hong Kong & East Asia) headquartered companies across a variety of industry sectors and sub-sectors (i.e. Technology, E-Commerce, Life Sciences, Media Entertainment and Gaming, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services…) Your role will allow you to work in partnership with our Human Capital Consulting team to ensure we are providing the insights and added value that help our clients achieve their stakeholder goals. Our focus is to identify and understand clients’ needs and match products that can enhance client valueYou will also be critical in helping create and support the sales strategy across APAC.  Responsibilities: Direct sales of cutting-edge software, technology and platform relating to HR data and analytical products, developing new clients and maintaining existing corporate clients across APAC headquartered companies.Manage relationships with key industry clients across Human Capital Solutions to ensure retention targets are met.Manage any inbound leads from website queries, marketing campaigns and webinars, as well as outbound outreach to develop own pipeline of new business.Interact with prospects in the HR function to CxO level across emerging companies to global enterprises, proactively developing and maintaining mutually beneficial productive relationshipsFocused, active listening with innovation to solve client and prospect objectives/needs with Aon Rewards solutions in a professional manner, always representing AonManage annual client renewals including expanding survey participation and other offerings. Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to negotiating terms of sales and closing business.Communicate efficiently with internal teams – sales colleagues, subject matter experts, marketing, accounting…etcUnderstand various broader Aon offerings to listen out for expanded opportunities and coordinate accordingly internally with the relevant subject matter experts.
