SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales and
Business Development Representative
. Two positions are available with one territory in NE Michigan (Flint/Saginaw/Bay area) and the other in SE Michigan (Detroit area). This person will be improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and retention of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and sales experience within the healthcare industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles all aspects of sales activities, including territory planning, prospecting, customer presentations, proposal/pricing generation, contract negotiations, and closing.
Improve and execute sales training programs to increase effectiveness and success.
Develops and maintains direct key relationships to expand the sales footprint.
Directs the development of business plans and programs in their assigned territory.
Improve and execute sales training programs to increase the effectiveness and success of the sales team.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree required.
5 years of sales experience in healthcare or laboratory environment required.
Knowledge of therapeutic markets, medication management, and physician office specialties is highly preferred.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and external suppliers
Ability to work out of the home office and willingness to travel within their territory. Must live in the territory.
