Why This Role Matters
The Sales Ops Specialist
is a critical member of the sales team and supports account executives and sales management as follows. Pre-sale, the Sales Ops Specialist triages all quote errors and manages their status through to resolution to ensure
proper and accurate quoting. Post sale, the Sales Ops Specialist assists with the quality assurance review, to ensure smooth transition from sales to professional services. The Sales Ops Specialist will audit the booked sales report to ensure accurate quota attribution as well as commission payment. They will handle all account support within the first 120-days of activation, this includes but is not limited to: multi-location breakouts, upsells, removals, etc.
The successful candidate is an experienced operations person with a positive attitude and a
mindset for quality compliance.
Responsibilities of the Sales Ops Specialist include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the systems team to effectively relay error messages for a quick turnaround of JIRA tickets.
Maintain a deep understanding of the quoting process to resolve error messages at the triage stage without involving additional resources.
Solicit responses from account executives and channel managers in regards to missing information during the quality assurance process.
Perform multi location breakouts when system errors prevent a quote from following proper process prior to customer signature.
Monitor the Vonage Booked Sales Summary for accuracy, bring discrepancies to the weekly call for further investigation and/or manual adjustment.
Provide customer support for all accounts within their first 120 days of activation. For example, add/remove services, add locations, edit location names, etc.

Excellent follow up and follow through skills required
Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
Tremendous written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
