Job Description Work across functional departments. and with field sales personnel and customers to improve communication, facilitate pricing generation and aid in coordination of project execution/scheduling between WSC and operations
Supporting sales and marketing teams efforts to drive sales growth to improve information flow between field sales, corporate sales and marketing teams, finance, legal, and lines of business
• Preparation of prequalification packages
• Handling and referring leads to region personnel
• Assisting in the handling of legal issues between customer/Sales (DOS/WSC) and the legal team
• Running SFDC reports, as directed
• Assist Marketing Manager with the placement of advertisements
• Assist Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator with WSC participation in trade shows
• Assist Directors of Sales with administration efforts in gathering and organizing information needed for project pricing and lead development
• Assist WSCs in entering sales leads received through website into Salesforce.com
• Assist Marketing in optimizing trade show participation
• Provide backup to Sales/Marketing Coordinator and Sales/Marketing Manager
• Compile the Monthly Pipeline reports at the end of the month (Pipeline Aging Analysis and Salesforce) for delivery to the Finance Department upon completion
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field
• 1-3 years’ experience working in Marketing, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or similar position
Interns will be considered
• Solid interpersonal skill set and ability to work across different functional areas within Veolia and with external customers.
• Adaptability to changing needs of corporate and customers (internal and external).
• An ability to effectively communicate, listen, and empathize with the internal and external clients.
Ability to work and succeed in a non-structured work environment.
