Where you fit in
The Territory Manager will be part of the Sales & Operations team to manage the daily operations of Shell’s retail stations in Hong Kong and Macau, in charge of leading the retail team to achieve the Company’s objectives through operational excellence, effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and strong compliance of HSSE standards.
What’s the role?
As Territory Manager, you will be entrusted to:
Manage and oversees the operations of multiple stations to achieve long-term strategic and sales strategy.
Deliver Sales & Operations targets through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
Develop and deliver annual sales targets and plan for the Territory.
Manage and maintain positive Retailer relationships, supporting Retailers to achieve and maintain top class site performance.
Driving team performance, optimizing, and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
Work closely with various different levels of stakeholders including internal functional teams, retailers and frontline staff.
Responsible for the quality of stations service, operation excellence and HSSE standards in compliance with Shell’s global initiatives and requirements.
Report to Sales & Operations Manager.
What we need from you
We are keen to speak to individuals with the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, with over 5 years of experience in retail operations.
Excellent people management, communication and business partnering skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L.
Immediate availability is preferred.
