Regional Sales Enablement Trainer
Main Purpose of the Role:
This person will design, create and deliver Sales Training programs and curriculums focused on enhancing sales effectiveness of the KCP Sales.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
· Create programs for ongoing learning for sales - sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
· Partner with our Sales leaders to understand the needs of the team and design and execute a customized enablement strategy to support the team’s sales readiness and effectiveness
· Own, develop, and implement a comprehensive onboarding training for all new sales team members
· Manage the roll-out, adoption, and knowledge transfer of sales tools & best practices, and communicate with learners, facilitators, and speakers to ensure smooth delivery of training classes and programs
· Evaluating and implementing tools and testing to granularly track Sales Rep grasp of subject matter and deliver regular performance results to Sales leadership
Performs key administrative responsibilities
· Works collaboratively across multiple functions of the organization to accomplish goals, including sales leadership, marketing, marketing communications, customer experience, finance, operations and strategy teams.
· Participates in KCP sales and development meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge on products and selling techniques
· Builds personal capability through self-study, professional associations, and training workshops
· Manages expenses within budget
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications/Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· At least 5 years of experience in KCP sales or other B2B field sales
· Ability to travel 50-70% of the time
· Excellent presenter capable of and experienced in developing and delivering sales-focused training, both instructor-led and virtual
· Familiarity with personal assessment techniques, adult learning and Learning & Development (L&D) principles
· Data Fluency; deriving insights from financial and market data
· Active Listening; aware of others’ emotions and uses emotional information to guide thinking and behavior
· Proactive; Takes initiative and is self-driven
· Resiliency; ability to overcome obstacles
· Collaborating across boundaries in order to accomplish goals; unselfishly supporting the needs of the team to achieve objectives

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
• Preference for a candidate currently residing within the Region supporting but open to within the USA.
• Drive to win, makes courageous decisions to drive sales results in the Jan/San, Office Products or Manufacturing key account sales.
• Experience achieving results thru a distribution model, and familiarity across channels including industrial, paper jan/san, medical/surgical, wholesale, office products, and small business.
• Previous experience building, presenting and facilitating instructor-led group training based on adult learning principles.
• Experience coaching and mentoring individuals in a professional or community-based setting.
