The Americas Inside Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Directors of Americas Corporate Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives and their respective sales team to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a bare minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and metrics. The Americas Inside Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing insights to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Work as the “right hand”, “go to person” for the Director of Americas Corporate Account Executive and Director of Sales Development Representatives
Support the Director of Americas Corporate Account Executive and Director Sales Development Representatives to develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other data analysis tools
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Work with the America’s Inside Sales Leadership team to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to track progress
Provide insights and recommendations to help the sales team optimize their sales processes and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales processes are aligned with company goals
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline the sales process
Support sales teams with needs related to processing through internal systems and processes (e.g. SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
A minimum requirement of 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role
Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics
Expert in Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus and other applications like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus etc.
Experience working in the technology industry is a plus

The annual base salary range is: $101,000-152,000 Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
