Job Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing and warm personality
Excellent customer service delivery, minimum 2 years customer service and sales support experience
Strong MS Office
Able to work in office Mon-Fri
Job Duties:
Answers incoming customer inquiries regarding billing issues, product problems
Updates customer order information
Stays updated on product knowledge
Problem solving and proactively turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Project management - Keeping track of shipments, making files for projects sending out order confirmations with orders
Communicate effectively, resolves conflicts, and corrects root cause of issues
Other responsibilities as assigned
