Job Title : Sales/Business Development Manager
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably from a technical degree background
Salary Package:
Depends on experience (Base, Commisions and benefits etc)

Candidate needs to have the following:
Use your proven business development and/or technical background to develop and grow your own client base and have the existing relation with the top preferred vendors by marketing our services for contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
Excellent Oral, written skills.
Must be experienced in placing h1b candidates who are on bench as well as the potential h1 transfers
Experience in dealing with Clients for new business, strong negotiating skills for the optimum deals, excellence in maintaining customer relations, handling Business development life cycle.
Overall responsibility for developing corporate clients and generation of business through new and existing clients.
Strong cold calling skills to develop a relationship from scratch, ability to self-manage, strong problem solving skills.
Ability to deal directly and successfully, with various levels of technical and non-technical management team.
Make telephone calls and conduct meetings with key managers to senior-level executives for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Possessing a highly professional approach.
Strategic planning, organizational development, sales management.
Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
Proficient with internet based recruiting search engines, MS-Outlook, Excel, WORD
Positive attitude
