About the job
Twilio’s Sales organization is growing at a rapid pace, meaning an increased need for Sales Enablement to educate, train, and empower Sales reps to efficiently win more business. As the Growth Sales Trainer, you will work closely with Sales and Enablement leadership and partner with a team of cross-functional enablement team members to drive continuous development for our Growth Sales team. As a member of the Enablement team, you will play a major role in training our Growth Sales Reps and provide just in time enablement to assist in making it easier for them to succeed in their roles and meet their goals.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with sales representatives and sales leaders from the Growth Sales Team to conduct needs analysis and identify gaps to provide training in up-leveling their sales skills.
Gain a deep understanding of the Growth GTM strategy and how they win deals.
Assist Instructional Designers in the development of training that is complementary to any quarterly enablement or initiatives and is blended into the growth enablement strategy.
Deliver engaging, innovative, learner centric training that applies adult learning concepts. Training will be delivered in both virtual and live environments.
Partner with Growth Enablement Business Partner, Growth Sales Leadership and Director of Onboarding to help work on the dedicated track for Growth Sales Reps onboarding to fast track role specific needs.
Provide regular reporting on key milestones and KPis by individuals/teams. Escalate when necessary and ensure regular reporting and updates on all programs managed.

Required:
5 years in technology sales
3 years in sales enablement
Direct experience training sales professionals (facilitation certification is a plus)
Strong program management skills and experience in bringing a cross-functional group together to accomplish a shared goal
Ability to stay organized, work in a fast paced environment, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools like Airtable
Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a fast-growing enterprise company, and the confidence & executive presence to get things done when a playbook doesn’t exist
Location
This role may be remote (in USA) or based in any Twilio office in the USA.
Approximately 35% travel is anticipated.
