Rewards Solutions is part of the Human Capital Solutions business and this role is within the Commercial Products group, including Aon and Radford Surveys and Services within North America. Your impact as a Director Sales Team LeadManage a team of sales account manager developing new clients and maintaining existing corporate clients across North American headquartered companies in the technology, life sciences, retail, manufacturing and a variety of sub-industriesTrain and Develop Sales Professionals to prospect and outbound outreach to develop pipeline for new business development Set sales targets for individual sales account managers and as a team.  Manage and coach the team to achieve sales targets.Forecast and report monthly sales targets for the team of sales account managers.Develop sales strategies and process to increase sales volume.Focused, active listening skills with innovation in solving to client, prospect, and sales account manager with Radford solutions in a professional manner, always representing Aon/Radford principlesExercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to negotiating terms of sales and closing business.Communicate efficiently with internal teams including sales colleagues, survey operations, order process and retention team, marketing, accounting, and consulting group when appropriateActive and continuous initiative to learn and maintain knowledge of all surveys, survey processes and value proposition for prospects and clients.Understand Rewards Solutions Advisory expertise, coordinate on clients and prospects, and understand various broader Aon offerings to both inquire and listen for expanded engagementsHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
