Job Description:
An exciting opportunity in a Global MNC for a Retail Operations & Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Non Fuel Retail Business Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the operations of Shell Select convenience stores and Deli Cafes. Select are Shell's very own convenience stores, with a network of more than 7,500 stores in 47 countries. More than 200 Select & Deli Cafe stores in Thailand are located in Bangkok Metropolitan areas and in major cities across the country. Your core responsibilities include but not limited to:
Own, develop & drive Commercial and Operational Supports (COGs negotiation, Supply Chain logistics, performance tracking including analytics, set KPI and IT projects).
Determine expected customer insight, then develop and execute Select & Deli Café best customer experiences
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver committed annual sales target and profit for all Convenience Retail stores.
Provide customer need/profile analysis and work closely with Format & Expansion Manger, Territory Manager to develop a Convenience Retail shop offer to cater to different customer segments/profiles.
Work closely with Category Manager to maximize sale opportunities with suggested appropriate product range/choice/local supplier together with propose localize promotion / opening promotion that can attract new customers to build more traffic /increase transaction size.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure Select/Deli stores are opened on time with smooth handover and equipment are properly working and maintained / ready to serve customers.
Follow up with Engineering and / or Marketing team on outstanding issues that need to be fixed to ensure business readiness at all time.
Develop process that can track and monitor Retailers’ competency gaps and work on sustainable solution with Territory Manager.
Take lead to identify training needs and collaborate with training team to build the right skills/capabilities on site to deliver Operation excellence for Select/Deli stores.
Develop incentive program for Retailer and Site Staff to encourage sales improvement and achieve operation excellence.

Requirements:
You must have at least a Bachelor’s degree and have work experience in Convenience Retail & Coffee business.
Highly passionate and committed to deliver great success to Convenience Retail & Coffee business.
Energetic self-starter with a winning attitude and excited about excellent customer service and a compelling convenience retail offer.
Proven customer focus and clear understanding of consumer demand.
Strong experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development, and a track record for delivering sales growth, incremental value.
Good stakeholder management skills, strong in collaboration, relationship building and a good team player.
Commercial acumen: business driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Able to think strategically and at the same time perform operational tasks.
Outcome focused, structured in thinking but able to think out of the box to generate creative solutions.
A skilled communicator that can persuade, influence and coaching others.
Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading.
