Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical preferred or equivalent work experience in Building material industry. Previous sales experience in Anchor fastener industry will be an added advantage.
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager / Key Account manager
Maintaining active contact with these builders/promoters
Identifying and mapping key influencers of the projects like Decision Maker, Architects, Engineers, etc.
Target driven self-motivated go -getter.
Ability to work independently.
A team player that can easily work with other functional areas in the organization.
Minimum 2-3 years of Direct selling experience in Infrastructure projects.
Excellent time and territory management skills.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel at a short notice.
