We are excited to be recruiting for a Revenue Enablement Manager, Technical Sales, EMEA. This role is critical to support the development of our SE’s and technical community in EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work at EMEA level, collaborating and partnering with SE & Sales leadership, SME’s and WW Technical enablement team and, if desired, is a great platform for the right person to build their leadership skills, so could suit someone with future leadership aspirations.
The Role
You will work as business partner to EMEA SE Leadership consulting on the provision of skills, solutions and technical training to the entire EMEA SE organisation and building a plan.
Drive adoption of global enablement sessions (eg focus days) and implement any local knowledge embedding sessions
Identify additional EMEA enablement needs and organise quarterly workshops, liaising with solution and portfolio SME’s to deliver these sessions.
Liaising with the wider team to deliver sales skills enablement – The Art of being an SE.
Ensure that product updates and launches are understood by EMEA Technical community
You will be the face of onboarding for new SE’s & SME’s that join **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Whilst they will attend existing onboarding and sales new hire sessions, you will be responsible for making sure they acquire the technical acumen and practical understanding of our tools to be able to perform their role.
Events. You will work on the two major enablement events in the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. calendar - Global Tech Summit (GTS) and Sales Kick Off (SKO) working with the global Tech enablement team, but specifically focused on representing EMEA’s needs.

Building relationships.
For example - with stakeholders (EMEA VP of SE’s and SE Regional Directors), with your customers (everyone you support), with SME/ portfolio team, with the EMEA enablement and Global Technical enablement teams as well as Product Management. In this role you do not need to do everything yourself, but you do need to build a network to support your efforts.
Driving a program.
Creativity and having ideas is important, but so is the ability to drive and execute a plan. Having the ability to keep focused on the priorities and sometimes being able to push back, will be key to success in this role.
A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.
An engaging attitude and ability to communicate clearly and effectively. English fluency is a must, but other languages are an advantage.
You should have a good grasp of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and our portfolio and ideally a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a technical or pre-sales roles.
Enablement experience is an advantage, this may be an additional responsibility in your role today, or you may already be in an enablement role. But the right personality to be engaging, to communicate simply and clearly, to present effectively and facilitate sessions is more important, as we can help you become a great enablement professional.
