To perform the role, you will have to think Direct, Indirect, Technical Service and other revenue streams to take a clear direction of partnership as opposed to supply to an industrial sector
The team is an agile team, with diverse backgrounds that require to be nurtured and supported to strive.
The role is part of the Local Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
What’s the role?
Sales/business experience in related B2B highly preferred Understand indirect channel account management in terms of customer relationship management and customer service management. Strong analysis and problem-solving ability. Strong ability in building and maintaining long term relationship with key customers. Track record in delivering results and achieving business/sales targets. Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
The role is looking to improve on the quality of the distribution network, focusing our direct business on the big customers, introducing new products, upgrades, and technical services for customers to increase profitability as well as customer satisfaction. Exploring new business opportunities and monitoring competition moves in the market in terms of pricing, products launch, etc.
You will be accountable for the overall team performance defined with, Volume, revenue as well as Overdue & DSOs.
Motivate the team to exceed targets through Coverage, Penetration and Throughput at SKU level and support the deployment of Egypt’s digital strategy at Distributor and value chain level; namely the SFA and associated loyalty programs, be accountable for personal and team development and arrange appropriate training to achieve agreed development goals and improve competencies
What we need from you?
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in engineering
Extensive sales experience
A strong proven track record of Sales and Sales Management experience, with proven success in developing and managing profitable business
Indirect channel management hands-on experience is a must
Strong business acumen is required in the industrial sector to allow for non-conventional business.
Have a strong sales & negotiation background with winning big deals or strong deal making skills
Proven track record in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams.
Customer centric with strong Customer focus & stakeholder engagement.
Excellent English & Arabic spoken and written is a must have requirement
Strategic thinker and operational experience
Highly entrepreneurial in nature, continuously exploring new opportunities to maximize returns in a challenging a highly competitive market environment
Strong commercial mindset and enhanced interpersonal and communications skills
In depth marketing & product knowledge of Lubricants and it's applications in the major B2B industry sectors and specific customer needs
Proven ability to trouble shooting and solve customer problems by generating value adding solutions which are meeting the customer needs
Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders / partners at different seniority levels
