About the job
The Senior GTM Strategy Analyst sits
on the Go-To-Market Strategy & Analytics team (GTMSA) will conduct essential analysis and own core business processes in support of our team’s business partners and the sales leaders they support. You will report to our Growth Business Partner, and will work closely with our Mid-Market Business Partner. You will interact closely with multiple VPs within North America Sales. A demonstrated track record of excellence in conducting insightful analysis, command of Go-To-Market strategy, project management, and cross-functional teamwork are essential to this role. You will act as a management consultant helping Twilio to clarify fast-moving strategic priorities, influence executive decision making and help tackle operational challenges
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Own creation and maintenance of weekly forecasting materials while o
wning other weekly and monthly KPI review cadences (revenue health, pipeline health, etc.)
Create and support “single source of truth” reports and dashboards for North America Sales
Help with QBR preparation and execution and s
upport select operational processes in the sales organization
Re-design select business processes for automation, self-serve, and/or greater scalability
Help North American Sales Leads and their business partners in ad-hoc transformational efforts
Help design and implement key workstreams in annual planning and in-year planning revisions
Collaborate closely with business owners across functions, fully immerse yourself in data, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
Drive real, sustainable impact by communicating recommendations to senior executives, to help drive implementation, and manage the ongoing impact of the recommendations put forth

Required:
Thrives at structured critical thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and has strong written and verbal communication.
Can ruthlessly prioritize fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth.
Will become a trusted and indispensable business partner to our team and Sales leadership.
Is experienced (if not fluent) with the tools of our trade: Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SQL. Experience with any scale planning tools is a plus: Adaptive Insights or Anaplan, Salesforce Maps, program management software.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience.
Desired:
2 years proven experience in sales operations, sales, strategy consulting, and/or the software industry.
Location
This role is fully remote and may sit anywhere in the United States.
Minimal to no travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$90,320.00 - $112900.00
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
