Cabinet Engineer Job

Profile

This involves taking conceptual cabinet designs and engineering them from parts through construction so that they can be built by Manufacturing.
Required
· Computer competent
· Experienced draftsperson with use of Auto-cad 2013 and later.
· Has cabinet design experience; preferably 5 years or more. Ideally, the individual has experience with framed and frameless construction, though being experienced in only one of those construction types is acceptable.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience; prefer 8-10 years' experience.
· Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
· Detail-oriented
· Quick leaner
· Resourceful
· Strong work ethic
· Career-oriented; looking for a career and not just a job and wants a long-term home to work at.
· Reliable, dependable

· CNC programming experience

One of the things that should be emphasized is that this is NOT a sales position, sales support position or technical support position. This job does not involve any interaction with customers and very little-to-no interaction with salespeople. This is a pure engineering position, though it is a mid-level position. That said, it has room for advancement.
I'd prefer someone with a Mechanical Engineering degree (not required; associates degree or better would be nice, though). Ideally, the person should already live within the Eastern WA, Northern ID area.
