Reporting to the Sr Manager, Program Management - BRSB, the Specialist, Process Improvement will:
*Engage, lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver the highest level of quality on projects that impact sales experience *Provide subject matter expertise on selling and ordering tools across cross functional business initiatives *Analyze operational processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities *Report on and present to all levels of management on project schedules and deliverables *Constructively advocate on behalf of all national sales channels (Retail, Call Centre, Neighbourhood Marketing and Online)
EDUCATION:
*Bachelors degree (preference in business, marketing or related field) *MBA is an asset *Certification in project management is an asset
EXPERIENCE:
*Minimum 3 years of related experience in process improvement, telecom industry experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
*Strong leadership competencies, able to influence, lead project teams and assist the organization on delivering strategic priorities *Sales support experience *Able to demonstrate cause-and-effect thinking and data-driven analysis *Understanding of change management, project management and process improvement methodologies (including process mapping, swim lanes & flow diagrams) *MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (intermediate) *Analytic and problem solving skills with experience developing and managing business requirements *Excellent written and communication skills *Ability to complete tasks on time with limited supervision *Be comfortable voicing opinions in larger group functions *Ability to establish positive working relationships across channels and business units
