We are looking for a highly motivated, Spanish speaking representative with a TRUE DRIVE and DESIRE to get compensated and recognized for sales performance. You will be provided leads and your responsibility will be to work with them and see if they have the needed requirements to get financing pre-approval. We will provide you with the needed system and training to make sure you can qualify them well.
This real estate commission sales role, requires previous tele marketing or tele sales experience to engage with the multiple home buying clients daily.
Compensation Plan:
As a part of the team, you will receive a basic salary that will be complemented with all opportunities you qualify and pass for application.
Responsibilities and Duties
This will entail pre-screening the prospects and assisting them through the basic financing requirement. If they have the buying requirements, you will just need to submit their information to our lending partners so they can get their financing pre-approvals.
Super important to have a strong outbound phone-calling and computer work ethic.
Our successful sales representatives must be Spanish speaking and very friendly while at the same time efficient with their time. You will be provided an unlimited list of ideal candidates that have asked to be called and assisted with the home buying process.
Your goal is to create and develop relationships that result in trusting customers. A daily sales action plan and effective use of our CRM software will be key.
