We are adding to our teams and seeking Sales Development Reps in our Victor, NY office. This is a hybrid opportunity - multiple positions available.  Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the tip of the spear. That means they are responsible for making sure customers who start our online application for insurance successfully complete them. SDRs work with customers through several channels, such as instant messaging, inbound and outbound phone calls, and provide assistance to Advisors in both quoting and selling small commercial insurance. The role encompasses both the quantitative support of the sale, as well as a qualitative review of documentation, prior to binding coverage.Essential Job Functions:Complete Quality Control on submitted applications prior to submissionProvide Sales Advisors with alternative quotesUpload documents to CRM to complete issuance of insurance policyTake both in and outboard calls for commercial insurance applications and work very closely with the AdvisorsPromote and enhance customer service by providing professional and effective assistanceOutbound lead follow-upMaintain a high degree of product knowledge and customer service expertiseQualifications:High School diploma or GED. Associate degree preferredCustomer service and sales experience preferred.
