Business Development Associate Director Aon is currently recruiting a Business Development Associate Director to join our team in Singapore. The Business Development Associate Director is an exciting opportunity within our Health & Benefits Sales team in Singapore. We are in growth mode and we are looking for a senior sales professional to join our team and help us shape the future of employee benefits in the market. The successful candidate will have a successful sales track record in broking, consulting, and technology in the benefits space.  Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like Developing and growing 'New sales in the Large Commercial/ Corporate segments to achieve personal and team revenue target.Act as a Senior support for the Head of Sales, demonstrating sales leadership, big deal ownership capabilities and conducting trainings and mentoring for the team members if needed.Develop Sales collateral for broking, flexible benefits, and Communication / engagement technology platforms.   Train team members on Flexible Benefits, Health Consulting and Technology so they can bring the latest trends and the best of Aon to the market. Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on direct marketing, attending networking events and converting leads to sales opportunitiesExecute Local Market Plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the Large Commercial I Corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clientsDevelop opportunities by demonstrating risk, insurance, consulting expertise and ability to help solve clients' problems in benefits administration and technologyEnsure smooth transition of 'New' accounts and strong collaboration to Broking and Account Servicing team in delivering distinctive client valuesManage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, work with the relevant bid management in country and regional expertiseFacilitate cross-selling activities and Aon United initiatives as directed by Supervisor Skills and experience that will lead to success   8 years’ experience in Sales, Consulting, and employee Benefits technology  Strong background in sales, deep consulting knowledge on flexible benefits and technology implementation.A proven Sales track record with companies with 10K employees.
