This role is responsible for architecting and developing partnerships in the Nordic countries. The role will be meeting existing and new clients to discuss how Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions can best support and work on consulting engagements that enables the partnership creation.The successful candidate will have a commercial profile that enables building of trust, competent problem solving for our clients and a strong foundation for our efficient account management.
**Key Responsibilities Include**
Conduct business development advisory and consulting together with the EMEA IHS capabilities.
Engagement in all steps of the service and solutions sales cycle from strategic account analysis; solution set architecture; consulting engagements; internal deal governance; contract negotiation and handover to service activation team.
Support the different Medtronic device and therapy business units to identify and execute growth opportunities through enterprise partnerships with nominated accounts.
Position Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions as a partner in healthcare delivery with key decision makers within the healthcare system.
**Must Have Skills & Competencies**
Experience in solutions design, delivery and selling, for example achieved through earlier roles as account lead, senior consultant or solution architect.
A relevant masters degree (for example technical or management).
Strong commercial acumen.
Strong analytical skills to understand local markets and customer needs and transform into partnerships through consulting engagements.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Danish and English
Being a team builder and shaper.
**Nice to Have Skills & Competencies**
Clinical background
Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in a matrix organization
You will be travelling est. 50 days per year and work out of Medtronic Copenhagen Office (home based).
