Bristol-Myers Squibb in Russia is seeking to recruit a permanent Territory Manager to be based in ................... The Territory Manager's core objective is to develop and drive all existing and new client relations within the assigned territory. Educating clients on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments and all other developments related to BMS products.

Travelling during working hours within assigned territory - up to 70%

Key Du ties and Responsibilities:


Plans, organizes and conducts work on promotion of drugs, implement regional strategy for market access of company products (immuno-Oncology direction) in a dedicated region of responsibility
Responsible for the assigned area in terms of development, planning, implementation of plans, performance indicators (reporting, CRM, etc.).)
Works with key specialists in the field of cancer and melanoma in the region.
Plans and conducts relevant campaigns / events in the territory of responsibility, p rovide medical and pharmacy experts with full information about company products
Monitors the market, collects information about the pharmaceutical market, analyses
Interacts with distributors on defined territories to support company products delivery to pharmacy chains
Promote company products to key decision makers on pharmaceutical market
Works closely with all departments of the company to achieve the objectives
Identify and analyse changes in the regional market that may or will affect access, determine their impact on the company's immuno-cancer products, and develop and implement an action plan in the region of responsibility.
Analyze competitors activities and product on the territories, provide reports and action plans


Qualifications and Experience required:


Higher medical / Pharmaceutical education at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a M edical Representative/KAM
Experience in the hospital segment, hospital market sales, collaboration with medical and state authorities and KOLs is required
Previous experience / knowledge of the therapeutic area (oncology) is an advantage
The ability to analyse the territory, to plan a structured approach, to take into account the development trend
Professional level sales skills, excellent negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of Russian Pharma market and distributional system, purchase and tender process, regional factors
Knowledge of Market Access, tender activities
Stress resistance, initiative, activity, commitment, presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of the legislation about commercial activities in medical and pharmaceutical areas , following the ethical approach of doing business
Good knowledge and experience in managing territories, territory planning skills, developing regional strategy and its implementation
Skills of building long-term partnerships with clients and strategic partners, leadership qualities
Knowledge of the system of work with distributors, deep knowledge of the Russian farm market
Ready for business trips (up to 60-70 %)
PC advanced user
Basic English knowledge
