with Rallye Lexus
! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive sales experience to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team!
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events.
Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.
Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per Lexus internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints.

Requirements
Current and valid Driver's License.
At least 3 years of automotive sales experience.
Luxury automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service experience.
Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads strongly preferred).
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
