The Channel Account Manager maintains and creates significant revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new sales opportunities in all of our key vertical markets by partnering with NewTek Reseller Channel partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
You will manage the sales channel to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals
You will forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales goals
You will develop specific plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term
You will analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
You will suggest new services and products and to increase customer satisfaction
You will create a balanced mix of channel partners, including Platinum Partners, Gold, and Silver Partners to meet revenue targets
You will research, prospect, and establish leads, followed by an introductory needs analysis/discovery meeting and product demonstration utilizing a consultative sales approach.
You will prepare and present proposals to decision-makers, clearly communicating NewTeks value proposition as a provider of professional video and graphics solutions.
You will build a sales pipeline for short, mid, and long-term opportunities
You will prepare weekly sales, activities, and revenue reports as required
Requirements
You have a bachelors degree or equivalent
You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a professional A/V and/or video production related industry.
You have a thorough understanding of live video production, streaming, AV, and post-production products and workflows
You are a top achiever with a proven track record of successful revenue growth and proven business development capabilities
You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
You have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospects, current customers, and key contacts
You have an excellent at problem resolution and creating solutions
You have an excellent presentation and training skills with the ability to work in both a face to face or virtual environment
You have strong organizational skills and team-oriented
You have the ability to work remote, and travel up to 25%
You have computer proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
You have a valid drivers license and insurance
You have a passport for international travel
