In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying, qualifying, and closing net new opportunities within assigned geographic territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively solicit and drive new business.
Create, monitor, and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quota and metrics for assigned territory.
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
Research target accounts to identify and assess customer needs and effectively link product value, features/benefits to those needs.
Develop and maintain product knowledge and articulate the business value of our offerings.
Manage sales cycle from prospect to close (with support from direct Manager and Solutions Consultant).
Travel as needed to conduct face to face meetings with HR and C-Level Executives
Utilize sales tools including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Partners effectively with internal teams including the Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
Qualifications:
3 years of sales experience gaining net new customers required, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven success in consistently achieving retention and growth sales quotas.
A passion for helping customers solve business issues with advanced technology solutions.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships, and uncover opportunities with a value-based approach.
Displays negotiation skills and ability to navigate a customer’s internal organization (ex: finance, legal, IT).
Ability to clearly present material and effectively overcome objections.
Able to communicate with and influence multiples layers within organizations, including Senior Leadership.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
experience in a Sales Methodology- MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler etc. preferred
