Aon is looking for a Partner - Employee RewardsAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Employee Rewards group within our Human Capital Solutions business group. This position can be worked virtually from anywhere in the Continental United States.Your impact as Partner – Employee RewardsResponsibilities:LeadershipLead complex client scoping conversations with Account Executives or Business Developers; Presents solutions to executive or senior level clientsProvide leadership or mentoring to project managers, consultants and analystsOffer input on staffing needs to meet business demands and guide the recruitment and on-boarding of new team membersParticipate in setting strategy, annual budgets and staffing plans as a member of our regional leadership teamShare broad-based compensation subject matter expertise on technical issues, business development techniques, and/or project management skills with colleaguesBusiness DevelopmentLead and create business development strategies for companies in various stages of lifecycleIdentify current and future needs among our client base to pursue new or expanded workUse personal/professional relationships to generate business and revenueRun the development of proposals and sales effortsContent DevelopmentLead design, modification and implementation of client solutionsHandle complex, large scale projectsDevelop innovative client solutions, including new plan design or implementation approachesPromote brand awareness by writing articles and making pitches at industry eventsYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseWe look for individuals who are adaptable, agile, work fast, and over-deliver – all while having fun and maintaining a sense of humor.Required Experience:Minimum of 10-15 plus years of meaningful work experienceRecent broad-based compensation consulting experienceStrong track record of business development and selling in a compensation consulting practicePrior experience generating and delivering revenue of a minimum of $1.5MM as an individual contributor.Must have expert knowledge of consulting within broad-based compensation strategy, design, and implementation issues, including rewards strategy, base pay, short- and long-term incentives and career architectureTechnical expertise in the following: compensation/total rewards strategy including global rewards; job content analysis, job evaluation, and job leveling/slotting; compensation structure design; short-term incentive design; pay policies and governance; business case development, implementation planning and change managementProven ability to understand and analyze complex business problems to identify root cause issues and potential solutionsAdvanced consultative skills, including relationship building, process definition and meeting facilitationSophisticated project management skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel and work at client locations (up to 25%)Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate degree is required.Master’s degree or MBA is highly desired.We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $225,000 – $325,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
