Description

The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 1 plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

Responsibilities

The Field/Sales Marketing Representative 1 plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications


High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of technical experience
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information


Preferred Qualifications


Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PP)Social Media
Technology Savvy (Mobil, smartphone, tables, etc.)
Experience utilizing multi-media communication channels including video and mobile to change perceptions
Bilingual (Spanish/English). Candidate selected will not be communicating in English


Additional Information


Schedule: Flexible (Including nights, weekends and Holidays) Sunday to Sunday. Overtime when necessary.
Training: 3 days in San Juan, PR - VIRTUAL. One day in person - DELIVER MATERIALS.
Work Style : Mobil/Field (Associates work from non-Humana locations - such as provider facilities, employer facilities and home health locations)
