Key Responsibilities
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
Completes job-related tasks through a variety of virtual platforms within a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Virtual Store location.
Motivates and guides customers through their digital shopping experience.
Consults with customers to understand their current and future technology needs.
Remains current on credentials, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
Utilizes soft skills to interact and create a human delivered experience via a digital platform.
Provides in-depth demonstrations and solutions across different virtual platforms.
Interacts with customers via live-video, phone, concurrent online screen sharing, and online chat
Provides insights to local and corporate support teams to evolve the employee and customer experiences.
Assists **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. associates in need of expertise, including product demonstrations and peer to peer training.
Maintains merchandising and functionality standards of products and spaces throughout the virtual store.
Provides engaging and dynamic product demonstrations and unboxing videos for customers and employees.
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
1 year of sales, customer service, or retail experience
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent with technology, including social and video platforms
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Teams
Willing to participate in research with internal teams
2 years of sales, customer service, or retail experience
Consumer electronics experience
Multilingual
